Chief scientist, Zhejiang Province "ten thousand people plan" outstanding talent, Zhejiang University Qiushi distinguished professor, chief physician, doctoral supervisor. He is currently the Party Secretary of the Fourth Affiliated Hospital of Zhejiang University School of Medicine/Zhejiang University "One Belt and One Road" International Medical School, the discipline leader of Respiratory Medicine Center/Lung Cancer Center, and the health leader of Zhejiang Province. He also holds academic posts such as editorial board member of Cancer Letters, chairman-in-waiting of Lung Cancer Special Committee of Zhejiang Anti-Cancer Association, and deputy Chairman of Respiratory Branch of Zhejiang Medical Association.

Mission vision
The mission vision of the Center for Oncology Medicine is to establish a top international center for precision diagnosis and treatment of oncology. The Center will carry out systematic research work focusing on respiratory and digestive system tumors to achieve the following goals:
(1) New guidelines: Put forward new strategies for international tumor screening, and establish new national and world applicable clinical guidelines for screening;
(2) New drugs: Establish a new program of tumor precision immunization intervention, achieve standardized clinical use, and improve the five-year survival rate (10-15%);
(3) Big brand: to build China's exclusive and internationally renowned brand of oncology medicine, enhance the international visibility of disciplines and institutions;
(4) Large platform: awarded a number of national key laboratories and provincial and ministerial innovation platforms, key laboratories, engineering research centers, technological innovation centers;
(5) Core responsibility: Have the ability to undertake national major, provincial and ministerial major projects and key research and development projects, and obtain national science and technology awards.
